...I am confident that this case [GATX Corp. (EPCRA/CERCLA-09-2010-0001)] was closed based on a Consent Agreement and Final Order effective October 15, 2009 and that the $5,000 penalty was paid on time and that the $20,700 SEP was satisfactorily performed.

I’m attaching an XL sheet from 2010 showing that this case was closed on October 15, 2009.  
I have a word document of a Weekly Report providing the same date.
